"Decent size suite for Japan standards. Sofa beds not made up, are small (for a tall family) and very firm. However overall a nice suite. Staff extremely helpful and kind, when we lost my sons phone, even posted it to Niseko for us. Property close to train station but could benefit from being more central to more restaurants and site seeing."

"Great transportation link on the Mita line. Use exit A7 to arrive right at the door.
Not a fancy hotel but good room size. Onsen access is fantastic after zooming around Tokyo all day. "

"What I enjoyed the most was that it was right across the station so super easy access. With the Tokyo Dome nearby, there’s a lot to do and see in the area alone. Also liked how there’s so many local restaurants as well as a mix of a number of different restaurants that are foreigner friendly with a western food focus."
"Really nice stay for having access to the subways close by. The room was comfortable and small the bathroom was good with excellent amenities. Only drawbacks to the property are the gym has basic cardio equipment, no free weights or machines to work out. Lastly the hotel caters to non English guests communicating at the hotel is a challenge. The staff all were polite and tried to help. I think the value and relaxing ability away from the nightlife locations makes all the sense in world to be fifteen minutes away and come home to peace. Well done to management."
"Great location. Right beside the entrance to train station. 7-11, Lawson's and Family Mart all within a block away. Hotel is outside the noisy/busy area but within 15 minute walking distance. "
"The property was in a great location that was near convenience stores, restaurants, and the subway/train station. The views from our room were also beautiful during the day and evening. Would definitely recommend! "
"Amazing staff, super clean, close to everything! Could not rate this any higher, by far the most amazing experience I have had! Beautiful in every way, from the gardens to the shops and rooms, everything is spot on! "
"Free ramen between 9:30PM to 11:00PM is tasty, free ice cream is nice. Rooms are clean. There is free washing machines and it costs 100¥ per 30 minutes to dry your clothes.
They tell you to leave garbage and dirty towels outside in the morning since there is no daily cleaning. But they don’t give extra garbage bags to use which is odd. They will give new towels outside your room daily.
Subway train is literally outside of the hotel which is convenient."
