"Decent size suite for Japan standards. Sofa beds not made up, are small (for a tall family) and very firm. However overall a nice suite. Staff extremely helpful and kind, when we lost my sons phone, even posted it to Niseko for us. Property close to train station but could benefit from being more central to more restaurants and site seeing."

"Great location, great, friendly staff. I'm a picky eater so the breakfast wasn't for me, but for almost everyone else, it should be great. I'd definitely stay here again."

"The staff was always extra helpful
Left room keys in room once by mistake - easily fixed
Laundry facilities include laundry soap in machine - a Japan Magic touch
Room was clean, Requests for extra pillows was fulfilled quickly and the bed was comfy - rooms are small, but that's Japan!!!!
I loved my stay!"
"Each room has its own washing machine, which is very convenient. Since winters in Japan are dry, hanging clothes to air-dry instead of using the dryer helps keep the room humid. The only slight inconvenience was that there wasn’t enough space to open a large suitcase fully."
