"house: when you flush the toulette the shower gurgles up water. The house has no A/C so it was painfully hot inside and humid. the must in the basement room was gross, there is a dehumidifier but it didnt help. if you leave the windows open to get a breeze expect a lot of bugs including mosquitoes. the basement walls are styrophome. dont ask me where they get it but i wouldnt have little kids around it for fear they would mess with it. furniture: the couch on the first floor is a "pull out...

"Probably the nicest villa we've stayed at in many years of coming to Italy; beautifully situated right on Como with a swimming dock that private boat rentals can also come to directly. There is easy access to town walking along a protected pedestrian pathway separated from the road. The house itself is well appointed -- the bedrooms are all very comfortable with good AC and plenty of storage; the fridge is large and gas range was great for cooking the nights we stayed in. "Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Ordentlich, sauber und gemütlich! Allerdings keine Aussicht!!! Wer keine Koffer schleppen kann hat Schwierigkeiten da die letzten Meter zur Unterkunft am besten nur über die Treppe zu erreichen ist. Nur wer ein „sehr“ kleines Auto hat kann unter sehr schwierigen Umständen vorfahren. Der Eingang durch Heizungsraum und Waschküche stört mich nicht. Der Telefonkontakt war sehr freundlich also gerne wieder wenn ich in Lugano zu tun habe!"

"The property was lovely and so nice to stay so close to the lake but also be a 2 minute walk removed from the lake walk. The hotel staff were very helpful and let us check out the evening before so we did not need to rush the morning of our departure to return the keys. "
