"The view made our stay here so worth it. Quiet, peaceful, and amazing. We only got a peek of the sunrises (the weather was quite foggy) but even then it was magnificent. Keep in mind, I would only recommend this place if you have a car OR if you are quite fit/active. We arrived by ferry and carried our suitcases all the way up, which was quite the workout. "AWFUL!!! This was absolutely the worst property we stayed at on our 14 night Italy road trip. The staff gave us wrong information about parking. They unfairly charged us 46 Euro for parking in their garage when I parked my car outside in the free parking zone. After arguing my point I gave up. They accused me of lying. I’m a gold member with Expedia and traveled extensively in Europe. This property needs to be shut down. It destroyed my beautiful Romantic Belagio fantasy. The room was old with the floors falling apart. The room is cold without proper heating. If you go in the hot summer I highly doubt AC will work properly. Zero amenities offered, not even a slipper. Dirty smelly disgusting hotel. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!"
