The indoor and outdoor spaces were lovely including the pool which was always clean.The couple of small points for us that would have made it a 5 - we had a couple of small issues with communications as there seemed to be two teams we dealt with, so made it a little confusing who to contact and as such were a couple of small delays to queries (though always responsive, friendly and helpful).For us,...
