Istar villa measuring 350s.q.m of verandas, 200s.q.m, offers unique accommodation in an outstanding location where simplicity, gentleness and discretion are the watchwords. Furnished to the highest quality, this villa is consisted of two floors & can accommodate up to 10 persons.
On the main floor the villa has spacious living-rooms, dining rooms & fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, four bedrooms with En-suite bathrooms and a staircase that leads to the luxurious living room, with a view of the green surroundings. It has independent heating on every floor, A/C, Wi- Fi, storage-room with a washing machine, as well as a billiard. On the first froor you may find 1 double sofa bed!
In addition, a host of services are available at an extra cost including in-villa delivery, private Chefs to prepare in-villa meals, dry cleaning and laundry, babysitting service & butler service! We can also organize car or helicopter transfers as well as various land and sea excursions.
You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to tailoring your holiday to fit your own taste and preferences.
External Spaces
The main entrance of the Villa has a remotely controlled gate, offering privacy & a secure stay! Olive trees & paths onsite are ideally for walking through the day or relaxing in the garden under the trees.
A basketball net & tennis court is also available in the property!
The private swimming pool in a heart shape with sunbeds & umbrellas, BBQ & garden furniture's offers unbeatable seclusion and second –to- none privacy!
