"It's difficult to articulate. Brilliant, wonderful, amazing, excellent, get me a thesaurus just to add to this list. From the second we arrived until the second we left the staff were there to make sure that we were looked after and happy. They quite literally can't do enough for you. The rooms are spacious and have everything. Nespresso machine, toiletries, sewing kit, bonnet de douche and little unexpected extras. "The location is great, close to airport and beach. Facilities were more than adequate with good breakfasts and pool. Had an evening meal which was delicious, maybe a bit pricey. The staff are super friendly and English is very good. Room is basic, missed a proper shower, milk and double bed, only had 2 singles pushed together. I had to ask for milk from the reception. "So, where do I start...I hesitantly booked this place just hours in advance because of a flight issue, and was wondering why in the world an all-inclusive hotel had rooms available in late July without issue. So, we arrive, a shuttle was listed to be included, we called and they repeatedly told us no then just hung up. Took a taxi to a dirty, sketchy area of the island late at night. "The room was basic but clean and did have a fridge which was useful. There was music on every night in the bars down on the beach which our room was facing that went on until around midnight. Location was excellent very close to the beach (20m?) and not too close to the busy strip but within easy walking distance if you do want to go there. Hotel pool was clean. All the staff were really friendly and made for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was continental and was nice. We didn't need it but if...
