"During our stay we noticed a lot of things that did not meet the standards of a 5* hotel in any way. For example, rips in curtain in bedroom, no iron in the room, broken toilet seat, no kettle, dirty hottub, only one jet working in hottub, cracks and marks on the bedroom walls, dirty tablecloth at lunch on day of arrival, 2 broken lamps in the room. "So, where do I start...I hesitantly booked this place just hours in advance because of a flight issue, and was wondering why in the world an all-inclusive hotel had rooms available in late July without issue. So, we arrive, a shuttle was listed to be included, we called and they repeatedly told us no then just hung up. Took a taxi to a dirty, sketchy area of the island late at night.
