"We left Akakia Panoramic Villa only a few hours after arrival because we simply could not stay there. The villa had a very strong smell of dampness and mould throughout the house. I have a medically documented mould allergy and have previously been hospitalized due to mould exposure, so remaining in the property was not safe for me. We also found visible signs of moisture damage in several areas, including peeling paint, cracked plaster and walls that appeared to have been painted over...

"This villa was absolutely exceptional! We stayed as a family of four and it was even better than we expected. There was plenty of space, and the villa truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. We arrived quite late, and Dimitris was so kind to meet us personally, let us in, and show us around. The housekeeper and groundskeeper were also incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. The private pool and the views were absolutely dreamy - peaceful, beautiful, and so...

"The overall stay was enjoyable but the villa was advertised as 'luxury' and we feel this isn't quite the case. The area in which the villa is situated is lovely, secluded and quiet but within the villa its self the kitchen is under equipped with the bare minimum utensils, pots, pans etc. There were no 'pantry' items at all tea, coffee, salt, herbs, etc The patio furniture was very old and cushion covers were ripped. There was definately a problem with ants in the villa especially in the upstairs...
