"It was such a pleasure staying at Paradisus CancĂșn. The establishment was very clean. We had a 4 day visit to celebrate my friend's birthday the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my friend felt celebrated. The staff was exceptional. Every member of the staff that we encountered was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. They ensured that our airport transportation was booked, they assisted us with booking our excursion. Special shout out to Omar from the concierge team and Hurtado (I apologize if I got his name incorrectly, he usually works at Kao but was also the wait staff at Sal on 9/27/2026). He really ensured that we were taken care of at Sal. I would definitely rebook and return to Paradisus CancĂșn the beach was great and swimmable (albeit the waves were a little rough for me). They have service on the beach and at the pool, which is perfect. Service was prompt and no fighting for lounge chairs or to be seated at the restaurants. The food was good, the pools were clean and they had nightly entertainment."
