"Evening desk clerk got me out of bed to ask if I had checked in yet. I had checked in around 3 in the afternoon the day before. He said I would have to bring a card to the front desk, for incidentals, asap. I told him, if the day clerk didn't do their job that was not my problem. He was very belligerent, and I finally told him I would go to the front desk in the morning. This whole experience on top of the upgrade, that's going on two years now, and the unobstructed view of the homeless tent...
