Comprising of a kingsize bedroom and a double bedroom with a spacious shower room it is ideal for up to 4 guests to enjoy the city of York. There is a kitchen , living dining area complete with smart tv and netflix.
Kitchen has everything needed for your stay and includes a kettle , oven , hob , toaster, fridge freezer and food blender.There is also a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, clothes airer , iron , ironing board , hoover and a hairdryer.

There is a private parking space for one vehicle.

Close to the Homestead Park and local shops and pubs.Just a short taxi ride , car journey or approx 20 minutes walk will get you to the City centre to enjoy all York Has to offer.

Stayed here for a while, love it.

This is my second time staying in this property for a couple of weeks at a time and I love it. Very much a home from home stay. Has everything you need. really great location, the staff are very kind and helpful throughout the whole process and stay. Was a great experience again. Thank you
