"フロント全体は広くなく、スタッフさんも年配の方でしたが、チェックイン・アウトも問題なくスムーズな対応でした。駐車場もすぐ隣にあるので便利です。ホテル全体も年季が入っていて歴史を感じられますが、客室や浴室などリフォームされていて、掃除も行き届いてるようで清潔でした。何より浴室の蛇口から天然温泉が出るので、夜はお湯を張り湯船に浸かってのんびりしましたが、最高でした。やはり普通のビジネスホテルと比較するとお湯の質感が違う気がします。しっかり体の芯が温まる感じがしました。残念ながら2階で部屋からの眺めは建物の壁だったので、何も見えませんでしたが、静かに過ごせて良かったです。また松江に行く際は利用したいです。"

"I am delighted that we spent 3 nights in this hotel. In fact, I would have liked to extend my stay. The room was spacious, the breakfasts were among the best I have ever eaten in my life, and the hot spring was top notch. I visit Japan every year, and this was among the best. The staff were very helpful with the automated check-in and check-out. The entire hotel is spotless, as shoes must be left at the front and even suitcase wheels are cleaned. Noodles are served in the hotel restaurant in the evening."

"For the price paid, it's quite a steal! It's very near Matsue JR Station, and provides both breakfast and dinner free of charge. Room is spacious and even comes with a sofa! (See photo) A pity that the onsen is under maintenance when I was there. Do note that the lobby and staff counter is at Level 1, while the ground level from JR Station is their "Level 2", in other words, you need to climb 2 flights of stairs down to check in. Not easy when carrying a heavy luggage."
