Shimane sightseeing trip

It was located near JR train station, so it was very convenient. A nice business hotel. Room was a bit small for 3 people, but beds were comfortable. Did not have a public bath. Buffet breakfast was very good in variety and quality.

Staff very helpful despite my limited Japanese. Inexpensive place to sleep for the night. Keep in mind this is a love hotel on the outskirts of town. No restaurants near by.

This appears to be the best choice among the several hotels near the Matsue train station. It’s across the street from the station and you can use an underground passageway to get to the hotel. The hotel has a large lobby, easy check in and well supplied rooms. It’s doubtful that the other hotels have such a good breakfast as the Matsue Excel. There’s a wide variety of well prepared Japanese and Western breakfast items to start your day.

松江駅から徒歩5分ほど。駅前の大通りは信号機が無いため地下道を通りますが、階段、スロープ、エレベーターがあり荷物を持っていても大変ではありませんでした。 チェックイン、チェックアウト時のスタッフも大変気持ちよく応対してくださいました。 部屋は清掃もきちんとされていました。アメニティは部屋には歯ブラシとジャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープが置いてあり、他は必要なものを1Fフロント脇から持っていきます。水のボトルも1ついただけました。 朝食付きにしましたが、しじみ汁、出雲そばを始めバラエティに富んでいて良かったです。 一番嬉しかったことは枕が良かったことです。 枕難民なのですが、こちらの枕はぐっすり眠れました。カバーを取って確認したらテンピュールの枕でした。 観光で松江に行きましたがこちらのホテルのおかげで楽しい旅行になりました。 ありがとうございました。
