横浜八景島シーパラダイスの帰りに急遽予約して宿泊しました。 駐車場、ローソンは外に出ずにエレベーターで行けて雨が降っていたので助かりました。空気清浄機が埃まみれだったのと部屋の明かりが少なく暗かったのが残念でした。 シーパラダイスに行った際にはまた泊まりたいです！

スタッフの方はとても親切で、快く迎えていただきました。 ただ、建物内のコンビニは早くに閉まってしまうため、最寄りのコンビニまでは約10分、暗闇のなかを歩く必要があります。 何より、シャワーカーテンがかなり臭い、蛇口のキャップが取れている、シャワーヘッドホルダーが取れたままになっているなど、全体的にメンテナンスがあまりされておらず、不潔な印象を受けました。

部屋から海が見える風な案内だったが、森しか見えなかった。また、水回りが黒ずんでいるところも多く、基本的な雰囲気も昔ながらのホテルという感じだった。細かいところにホコリも溜まっていて、まあこんなものかと。 周りに何も無く、食事もホテル内で食べると基本的に高くつき、シーパラからただ戻って寝るだけといったところでした。朝食も2200円取られる割にこんなものかと。他に選択肢がなかったので。 荷物を早めに預かってくれたり、スタッフさんが笑顔で対応してくれたりは良かったと思います。

朝食はとても良かったです。眺めも最高。 客室は少し老朽化しているのを感じたのとバス·トイレのニオイが気になりました。 空調もエアコンを操作しても極端な室温になりがちで丁度いい温度をキープするのが難しかったです。 せっかく見晴らしの良い部屋なのに窓の汚れがきになりました。 サービス面であったのかどうかわかりませんがレンタカーサービス等々あれば近隣にお店が無いので、行動範囲も広がってとても助かると思いました。 あと窓の向きによってはお正月の初日の出も見られそうで、そういったものをウリにすると良いと思いました。 そのためにも窓の清掃は必須。 グッスリと熟睡もできましたし全体的には満足できるホテルでした。

お部屋は広くてベッドも大きくて子連れには良かったです。シーパラダイスもすごく近くて、イオン？のようなスーパーも近くにあるのでちょうどいい場所でした。朝食もバイキングが普通に美味しかったです。ですが、シャワーのホースが取れてしまったり、ドライヤーのカバー？が取れたらと劣化が見られました。スタップさんはすぐに対応を考えてくださり、お部屋移動の提案もありましたが、夜遅くなっていたので遠慮しました。ベッドのかけるものが薄いものが1枚だったので肌寒かったです。でも、良いところでした。
