Older property but pretty well maintained. The rooms were comfortable with a soaking tub that seemed deeper yet smaller than some of the other hotels I had stayed at in Japan. Breakfast was good. Overall a relaxing stay and I would come again.

Moving from the US to Japan. Room was much smaller than the pictures but I just needed a bed. Staff was extremely friendly.

American Military traveling by train with kids
The hotel service was awesome. I took my wife and 2 kids (10,8) Location was perfect. Close to multiple train stations. 10-15 min walk to Ferris Wheel and other amazing things. The walk provides great scenery Lots of food options close to hotel. My kids loved the candy shop 2 min away. They make their candy in house. My kids watched them for 30 minutes. At the hotel My wife loved the PJs they provided every night. The buffet needs to be pre paid at the front desk. Well worth the money. Lots of options for even the picky eaters. Amazing two days. The only down side is the rooms are cozy and watch you head if your taller then 5”10. The door frame was not built for taller people. With that said You can’t beat the value, service and location. Family can’t wait to go back

A very pleasant experience
My time at this hotel was a very pleasant experience! The staff was extremely courteous and assisted me daily with the many questions I asked regarding restaurants, transportation, and language matters.

Great Location, Great Value
Location and price are the reasons you should consider this hotel. Location is so convenient. A little walk to Kannai's ghetto, a little walk to Minato Mirai (ferris wheel, mall, cup noodle museum, etc), a short train trip to Yokohama, you are in the middle of all the business lunch specials. There's so much great food choices. My gosh, please look up lunch specials in the area. Generally, look for lines at 12pm. Those are the places that offer unbelievable value. We're talking a kaisendon for 600 yen ($5.50). If you are here long term and want to stay fit, you are a block away from Gold's Gym. They offer 2 weeks for 7000 yen, etc. Hotel is on the older side. It's a business hotel after all. It's small, you'll get your rest, you can work, you can shower, go down early for their breakfast special. The mattress was the rolling mattress which squeaks a lot. I was able to hear the neighbors, but sound machine did the job. Tip - They will offer to give you a water bottle for not cleaning your room. I don't want them in my room anyways so it was free water. They want you to hand them the keys before leaving. When you come back, you just say your room number, but this made me feel very uncomfortable. Anyone dressed normally can ask for a room key. The charger didn't work. This goes for most business hotels, but it's small. I hate the bathrooms that feel like you went inside a box. Workers were always friendly and professional.

Nice hotel and staff
Nice and clean room. Staffs are kind and provide scrupulous and considerate service. The location is great. Just next to the station and Minatomirai is in walking distance. I really enjoyed the stay.

Cheap shelter for Yokohama exploration
This is a typical "Salaryman Hotel" in Japan. Roof over your head and a place to sleep, but very conveniently located and cheap. If that's what you are looking for then this is a perfect choice. Short walks to bayside park of Mirato Mirai and kid's entertainment and shopping, Noge for izakaya adult bars and stuff, Chukagai (Chinatown) I think on train stop away. Major Minato Mirai JR line right there.

Nice small hotel
This hotel Would be great for single traveler looking for cheaper stay. Facilities have everything needed like shower, bed and house keeping to keep things fresh. A better option for people whom want their own room opposed to a capsule room. It's close to subways line and easy to get around.

Perfect Yokohama budget hotel
We have been to Yokohama twice this year. Hotel is in a great location, close to all the main attractions in the Minato-Mirai harbor area. Perfect for the budget minded travelers, who know the value of Japanese Business style hotels.

Yokohama Heiwa Plaza Hotel
This hotel is in a great neighbor, very safe and family friendly. We found the room too small. There was no couch and only one uncomfortable desk type chair to sit on. We could not come back to our room after a busy day and relax as we all had to sit on the bed. The bathroom was very small and you have to step up to get into room. Because I had an ankle injury at the time I found this very frustrating. Having said that, if you are looking only for a clean and safe place to stay and don't care about comforts like sitting a couch etc, then I would recommend this hotel. I did not find it good for a family which consisted of three us, two parents and a nine year old child.

The hotel was perfectly located close to the water and the Pacifico conference centre and other nice sights. The staff were fantastic, though they didn't speak a lot of English. The room was clean, comfortable but very small. I was on my own so it was okay but I wouldn't have wanted to stay as a couple.

Short check in/out time
Check in is at 4pm and check out at 10am which means a short 18 hour stay. I had a miscommunication with the hotel staff and had issue with my checkout time which made my experience more difficult, but I'm sure it was a simple communication mistake. The single room is really tiny. For a single male traveler a capsule hotel is just as good and a third of the price.
