Great location and proximity to the Haneda Airport, as well as frequent shuttles to and from the airport and Kawasaki station. Absolutely beautiful views of the river, very helpful and friendly staff, and great dinner food at the restaurant downstairs.

Fabulous breakfast. Convenient coin laundry. Scale to weigh your luggage. Of course a 7-11 super close by for anything you need last minute. Minutes from Haneda Airport by free hotel provided shuttle. Also take the free shuttle to train station, shopping and restaurants— super convenient. We plan to return next year!

We stayed the first night in Tokyo. We had two adjacent twin rooms. Space was a bit tight. Breakfast was good. The staff helped us ship most of our luggage for us to pick up for our cruise so we did not need to bring it on a short trip to Kyoto with us.

This is a great hotel. The rooms are good sized and with a nice view of the airport. Its a 10 minute walk from the train. They also provide buses to the airport as well as to the Kawasaki Station. The staff is very friendly I recommend this hotel for your Japan trip.

It's such a trendy hotel, eco friendly. Has sauna & hot bath, with all toiletries provided, was lovely & relaxing. Room quite small, beds comfortable, great shower. Only 1 TV channel in English. The views over the river and Haneda airport were outstanding. Free shuttle service to Kawasaki shopping district and the airport. Free bike hire is also available. The hotel staff have limited English, but the hospitality staff did. Restaurant & cafe on site which made the best Latte coffees! However, the breakfast let this hotel down. Very scarce offerings. The hot food isn't hot, sits in crock pots. They don't do toast, only bread! There wasn't much left at 9.15 when we arrived, finishes at 10

Loved the design of the hotel - a perfect mix of modern and classic 1980’s New York. One of the nicest and most interesting hotel lobbies I’ve seen. What makes it unique is its wide open design with high ceilings and view of the water front / airport on one side and downtown on the other. Includes restaurants, bar, live music, sports shop, e-bike rentals, New York & San Diego art collections, vinyl record collection,, all in one exciting open space. Located on a river front bicycle trail that covers 20 miles of water front riding. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful.

The only problem we had was the shuttle to the hotel runs every hour, we got unlucky to arrive just after the shuttle left so we have to wait one hour. Kinda scary for first timers like us who’s unfamiliar with the place and not sure whether we’re on the right place. Btw, we arrived at night.
