"This place doesn’t close to restaurants or other activities. Good for just one night since has airport transfer. Staffs were helpful, they helped call ride share for us."

"I booked this hotel the last minute as we wanted to tour around Yokohama before our cruise. The location was excellent. 5 minute walk from the Train Station and 15 minute walk to our cruise terminal. The hotel lives up to its name, very grand! Fancy, and large rooms! Older establishment. No key cards but real keys. Was a quick stay."

"Very handy for the train station, shops, restaurants and most anything you would want. Our room was comfortable and while not huge, was perfect for our five day stay in Yokohama. I just don't like having to check in/check out at a computer terminal instead of with human beings, but that's just me. It wouldn't stop me from staying there again."
