The staff were friendly, courteous and considerate of our traveling needs, such as luggage storage on the last day of our trip. The breakfast options were plentiful with a mix of brunch options. The breakfast staff were accommodating, professional and very kind. The rooms were comfortable, clean and provided daily options of green tea and coffee. The view of Kawasaki from the room was amazing!

Very clean, location was attached to underground mall and walkway to train station. Hotel staff very friendly. Buffet breakfast had many options. Room got a bit warm at night but we had a fan by the bed.

We have stayed at the Kawasaki Nikko Hotel several times over the years. The breakfasts has improved to buffet breakfasts instead of a trays of a set Japanese or Western breakfasts. We upgraded to the larger room and it was fantastic as most Japanese hotel rooms are pretty small. The location is excellent as it is within walking distance to the JR station and is a 20 minute train ride from the Keikyu station to Haneda Airport.

I really like this hotel but unfortunately it is out of my budget. I was only to stay here because i use my expedia points. If i have the budget, I will definitely stay here. The staff were kind and friendly. They allowed me to deposit my things before my checkin which was very convenient! The staff also let me borrow their vacuum as I needed to vacuum seal my plushies which i won from ufo catcher or claw machine.

We booked a non-smoking room, but from the first time we stepped in the room smelled like old cigarettes. The curtains especially. The halls had a really strong fragrant smell, and I think it was trying to cover up that these rooms, maybe the whole floor, were at one point smoking rooms. The shower/bath combo had a full size glass window that once looked into the room, and had been covered over with a large piece of painted wood. There was also a long angled mirror over the headboard of the bed. Like, you could watch... I'm not joking. The room gave off heavy Love-Hotel vibes. The elevators are old, the carpet is too, or at least looks old. The staff was nice, and the hotel is connected with a large mall so there's plenty of shopping and dining. I don't know that I'd ever stay here again, but it worked well enough for what we needed.
