Great hotel and the location is perfect. We took the bus from Haneda Airport and the Osanbashi bus stop is less than 10mins walk to hotel. The hotel is 5 mins walk from Chinatown and 10 mins walk to the cruise terminal. Staff was friendly and we asked for a quiet room as we were so tired after our 14 hours flight. We were given room 816, which was nice and quiet, and away from the lifts. The room was nice and clean, and came with plenty of complimentary toiletries and bathroom essentials. We stayed for two nights before our cruise and it was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel, large rooms, nice bath, good service, breakfast was fantastic- so many different kinds of fresh food including traditional Japanese and American. Only concern is rooms smelled like smoke and unclear why since we all had non-smoking rooms.

The room is okay. They gave us a oddly shaped room which we don't like. Its very tight on space. Its only one night before our cruise so we didnt complain or ask for a different room. The bed is very firm and the 1 pillow each are super flat so not comfortable.

The staff is slow to deal with problems and accept orders. A simple online reservation takes 40 minutes to confirm, and it doesn't ask questions about cleaning the room. Will enter the room directly without permission. Is a group of people who can't understand! This is strange.

JAL City Kannai is a nice hotel with a very good breakfast. Premium location close to Yamashita park, China Town, baseball stadium, train station, bus routes, shopping street. Bad: hard bed and pillow, slightly showing its age, but overall quite good.
