I had to book this hotel last min after my flight was cancelled. When we checked in the young man at the front counter did everything to not help us until instructed to. The room was a smoking room because it was all that was left, but was completely stained from smoke. We couldn’t control the heat in the room so it was freezing the entire night we barely slept.

Shops, Trains, Food? Kawasaki and Tsurumi are FANTASTIC locations for accommodation when travelling Japan. They both remain a great highlight, with this hotel being in a fantastic location. Staff remain fantastic, with appropriate language skills, and accommodations for guests. Cleaners are quiet and courteous. Rooms are a good size (especially when compared to other APA Hotels) but cleanliness could be improved, with stuff being found under the bed, along with a LOT of dust. However, the mandatory cleaning of rooms is less than desirable. I appreciate the efforts, but it's an inconvenience having to repack every 3 days. This hotel is a personal favourite, for it's comfort and accommodating staff, and I would absolutely stay again.

APA Hotel Kawasaki was not my first choice for my trip, but an enjoyable choice nonetheless...! I always stay nearby, but in a much quieter town, and that hotel was unfortunately unavailable. After researching, APA Hotel Kawasaki was realistically priced, offered a very similar experience, while still being nearby, but was much more nicer & modern, which was a pleasant surprise! The staff were lovely, the rooms were always VERY quiet, and the bathroom was much more fantastic than usual for similar type of hotel. The cleanliness however, left something to be desired. After looking under the bed, I saw some Christmas baubles... I hope they were from 2022 atleast... Will I stay again? If I have to stay in Kawasaki, absolutely!

部屋のカーテンに沢山のシミがあり気持ち悪い。あのような汚いカーテンは取り換えるべき。 ユニットバスの照明の上部に沢山のホコリや髪の毛が堆積しており気持ち悪い。背の低い清掃スタッフは気付かないかも。私は身長が高いのでモロ見えて凄く嫌な気分になってしまった。
