My room had not been renovated but I’m sure it is on the list to be done soon so the decor was a bit dated. But it was clean and comfortable. "The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a fair number of choices. The shuttle to and from the train station and Disney areas was very convenient. The only complaint I would have is that the property is located in an industrial area, so there are no food or shopping options nearby. If you stay here, plan ahead and purchase what you need for the night before getting on the hotel shuttle. That being said, I would stay here again if visiting Tokyo Disney or Disney Sea."

"Highly recommended when traveling through HND. Super convenient located adjacent to airport, lots of neat shops and super helpful people. We only speak English and found that not to be a problem in the hotel. We did notice that restaurant staff often times doesn’t speak English so finding restaurants with photo menus was helpful. From this hotel you can walk back into the airport and also access the rail systems to basically go anywhere. Can’t recommend this Hotel enough. "

"The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The space is clean and has opulent touches. There are laundry options(I used the coin laundry) there were two convenience stores inside the hotel, which was great for late night snacks(or anytime) and beverages!! I didn’t use the spa because I was busy exploring, but I heard it was amazing and many guests were using it and it’s free as a guest!! Next time. I would absolutely stay here again! "
