"We really enjoyed our two-week stay at Hotel The Botanik in Seoul. We had a suite, and it was spacious, with two walk-in closets. It also had a refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, stove, washer/dryer, and even an interesting clothing "refresher." The bathroom was a good size, and the shower was nice, but the lighting in the bathroom was a little harsh. We did notice that the floors were not as clean as we would have liked them to be, and it seemed that they didn't get cleaned much, if any, while we were there. Overall, though, a great place to stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to the subway just a couple of blocks away. "

"Breakfast area feels like a prison mess hall. Rooms were tiny yet sufficient. Very early check out, 10am. Overall it was a good stay but I would not return. "

"Overall cleanliness is poor. Dusty room, hair found in bedding and towels. Remote control for the tv and ac were disgusting with stains. Kleenex box cover was also stained. Had to use my own disinfecting wipes before touching them. Kitchen is there but not hugely helpful since they only provided one huge pot and a frying pan with delaminating coating. You have to purchase dish washing cloth/detergent for 1,000 won from the front desk. Washing machine and styler are useful, you need to purchase detergent for 1,000 won at the front desk as well."

"My room was clean and well maintained, comfortable for one person. The location was convenient to get to various trendy neighborhoods due to proximity to the subway and bus stations. I never had to walk more than 2 minutes from the stops. The front desk folks were also extremely helpful with any questions, particularly Maya who checked me in. I would highly recommend staying here."
