I really liked that the rooms has dedicated space for spa. Spa room is very spacious. Bedroom and bath area was also nice. Several minus things are: it’s quite dark overall. It’s hard to read something; No cutlery. Didn’t expect it to have full knives and forks, but at least something. Even no tea spoon; and doors of toilet and showroom is almost transparent. I was thinking it was going to be a rough stay. I booked the 2-bedroom apartment. Air con was giving me issues, and i also had to ask them to clean the AC units2 times as there was black mold. They were extremely cooperative and attentive to my needs. From the check-in all the way to check-out, everyone in the hotel was absolutely perfect. So friendly and welcoming. I would have to say, they are the most friendly staff I have seen so far in my many, many years of going to hotels in Korea. I like the location. It is located just within 5 minutes from the subway station/bus stop, lots of restaurants around the hotel, specially close to the parks. Also they gave a free breakfast on the weekend. However I did not like their room condition. One of the air jet in the tube was just a hole; when I turn on the faucet at the tub, I noticed that water was not filled up. As soon as I saw that one of the air injector is missing I turned off the faucet. When I told it to the front desk, it appeared that they did not know it. They offered me to change the room. And I noticed the chairs in the room had some damages. I think they need to replace the damaged chairs. Otherwise the hotel is very good with the price.…I like the location.
