Excellent service. When we call them in the morning before checkout to confirm the checkout time being midday, they rang back straight away to extend it by an hour. The front desk was also extremely helpful and friendly (and similarly at Lung King Heen). We were upgraded to a higher floor as well. The harbour view was memorable - watching the dynamic lighting from ICC and the big screen next to it. The room has recently been updated, with USB-C ports. There were some very minor issues in the bathroom. The bathroom basin plugs were difficult to make a complete seal, and the shower door handle was a bit loose. It did not affect the delightful experience with our stay.

l’hotel si trova nella zona Centre di Hong Kong. All’hotel si può accedere anche attraverso un centro commerciale, il quale ha l’accesso all’express AirPort. Ci sono molti ristoranti e bar per l’aperitivo L hotel ha qualcosa in più degli altri 5 stelle in cui sono stata.il sevizio e’ ottimo , la camera viene rifatta due volte al giorno , e in camera sempre frutta fresca e acqua La vista della camera vista porto e’ spettacolare Nella struttura ci sono vari ristoranti e bar: noi abbiamo provato per cena il the lounge: mangiato molto bene, il menù’ è un mix orientale e occidentale Con due bicchieri di vino spesa 200 euro La piscina è super: una piscina relax con vista spettacolare sul mare, una piscina per il nuoto e 2 idromassaggi caldi Unica cosa che ci ha lasciati perplessi perché non ci è mai successo,è che avendo il volo la sera tardi non ci hanno dato l opportunità di utilizzare la spa o la piscina x una doccia prima del viaggio ma abbiamo dovuto pagare la camera per un’ altra mezza giornata

Simply the best, I have been staying here every time I visit Hong Kong for nearly 15 years . The location is ideal and close to everything you need. Very friendly for families with kids or to a business trip. The stuff is amazing and made us feel like the most important guest every time we stay.
