"Staff were fantastic. Cleanliness is non existent. The bathroom is riddled with mould, the seals on the shower have never been cleaned and there were pubes in the shower when we arrived. The floors were extremely loud and it generally didn't feel very secure"

"We booked the two bedroom Chalet. The view was amazing. Rooms were good size. Beds were comfortable. The chalets do need to be renovated however. It does look a bit run down. The TV is also on a high angle making it uncomfortable to watch anything. Other than that it was a good weekend away."

"A very comfortable room with everything I needed, was very clean and quiet. Good strong shower and a choice of pillows, plenty of space for unpacking and repacking. Helpful and friendly staff. Airport shuttle was on time, clean comfortable, bags were loaded for you and started with clear communication as to its service. Inhouse restaurant was surprisingly good with a big choice on the menu."
