"Shower didn't get hot all the time, the toilet didn't flush even after moving rooms. There were some seedy and suspicious characters hanging around in the parking lot and near entrances. Police and fire department were called twice during a weekends stay. That being said, at least the front desk staff were honest that my issues probably wouldn't get resolved because the maintenance guy was out all weekend. The hotel is not even a "true Choice Hotel" but a franchise managed by a third party... Go figure!"

The property is spacious, comfortable, clean, well furnished, tidy, with a well-maintained yard and a very nice neighborhood. The property was a superb value for our party of 4 and it will be for all parties of 4-10 people. We recommend it highly for your stay in the Kansas City area. Our hostess provides clear instructions regarding check-in and check-out, along with details about use of the various items associated with the property. Our hostess is superb! She is quite easy to work with, and she communicates with us regularly. We appreciate our hostess very much. "

"The staff did not tell us the truth when we got there, there was no shuttle, poor breakfast, no bed covers except thin sheets and it was not comfortable. The whole surrounding was smelling cigarrette. All the first floor rooms are for people with pets, and I did not know that since I just had surgery. It was a painful experience."
