"It was an ok stay for one night, but anymore than that we would have been a bit more unhappy. In the room everything felt damp to touch, including all the bedding, then in the elevator you could literally hear water running (we even asked other guests if they heard it and they did), then in the gym there was water dripping from the vent register. Other than the extreme water moisture everywhere, everything else was as expected."

"Terrible experience at this property. Stinky hallways, very stinky room, limited bathroom suppplies. This is my most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had staying in a hotel. I had stayed in ESA property before and it was 10 times better. More than anything, how can a brand hotel be maintained at such ridiculous low levels? All they addressed was to give me a room freshener and asked me to spray by myself. The hallway to the room smelled so bad that I had to hold my breath every time I crossed that. Hope this feedback is passed back to the management so the stay can be less stressful!"

"The elevator button on our floor was broken, so we had to take the stairs. We're both 76, so it was less than ideal. We could have called the front desk and waited to have it sent up to four floor, but we were there for a softball tournament and usually pressed for time. Also, I wish they had a free breakfast. We don't eat much, so $12.95 is a lot for people who just want coffee, a piece of toast, and some yogurt. The people were nice and the room was clean, with a comfortable bed. The location was good."
