My room was clean; however, the carpet was frayed and curled up thus a trip hazard. The staff was great, the amenities perfect for business or personal stay.

Hotel was great. Little vintage style on the rooms with more of a modern feel upon entry. Elevator was being replaced. We were on the 5 Th floor and it was very loud with the highway right outside. Breakfast was great. I would stay here again but request a room away from the highway.

After a long day, it was so nice to check into our room and then go down for the "kickback" food and drinks so we didn't have to get back out and hunt for a place to eat dinner. The buffet was delicious and had so much variety. The room was very clean and quite comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot and hardy breakfast buffet. Having a quality dinner and breakfast included are wonderful amenities. The staff are warm, friendly, and professional.

This will definitely be our go to when in KC. Breakfast had many options and good. The kickback was perfect for us to get a bite to eat right before heading to a concert. Rooms clean. Staff excellent. Parking garage for the storm lastnight. Hopefully we are able to stay long enough to enjoy the pool and hot tub with our next stay.
