"Breakfast was not included. When we checked in and got to our room it had one bed a d sleeper couch. We paid for 2 queen beds. When I called about it was informed Hilton gave our room up and had to deal with your services. 2 70 year old had to sleep on pull out cough. Not happy at all. Will be contacting your customer service on Monday "

"Check in on 2nd floor is a pain. Guest room windows hadn't been washed in years -- there was an attractive view on the plaza side, but you could barely see it for the dirty windows. Air conditioner or something else was making a lot of noise throughout the night, like the beating of a drum for an American Native dance at a Pow-Wow. However the location is excellent for our needs."
