Stylish living area with sectional couch, chair & 1/2, bar area & 42” Smart TV. 1 queen bedroom, a full bathroom with large walk-in shower, kitchenette behind bar space, work desk in bedroom, full size pool table, laundry room and walk-out patio with great park like setting. Sleeps 4. Perfect for a couple, close friends or the solo traveler.
Conveniently located at 435 & Holmes Road, this is the perfect location where you can easily get anywhere you need to go.

Guest access:
The apartment is the entire lower level of our house, with a separate patio entrance, private walkway and parking on the driveway. Located in a very safe neighborhood, on a cul-de-sac. You can safely stroll day or night in this quaint community where the streets are lined with 60 year old oak trees.

Other things to note:
There is a full size Pre 1907 Brunswick pool table for those who enjoy a game of pool.
