"Parking in the garage below the hotel was easy. The breakfast was appropriate. "

"Pool and Jacuzzi not open except for evenings -which is a real downer since I search and book accommodations according to amenities offered. Also the fixtures in bathroom were very clunky and loud while adjusting water temp. or flow. Toilet water pressure for flushing was horrible. "

"The area was good, with trees and water flowing, but i didn't like the rooms, dated. bathroom door was closing so hard like we are leaving in 90s😅, pillows very hard, all 3 days couldn't sleep because of headache. I'll not stay here again just tor the beautiful area. "

"The AC in the rooms did not stay on consistently even though I specifically took it off auto . I had to open the windows because it was so humid. The floor felt wet . Shower were dirty upon arrival. Huge clump of hair on the floor. The shower floor (grout) is turning black. It's white so it looks pretty gross . And towels are white but very stained and hair in them . The only advantage of staying here is it being cheap and you're across from a 24/7 breakfast joint. I was thinking about saying something while I was there but honestly. The stay was quick so I was just happy to be out . "

"No breakfast included ! Expensive resort fee and parking fee added on ! Our room had dirty and dusty night tables - we assumed other areas were not clean after that so we did not enjoy being there - less money to stay in the non renovated rooms but not worth it ! "

"Room was clean and spacious, hotel staff were friendly and accommodating and pool was wonderful! The koi fish and macaws were a really awesome addition that our child loved. We ate breakfast at the restaurant once, and the food was fine, nothing to rave about. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!"
