"This hotel must be BRAND NEW! Everything was clean and new and staff were very nice and helpful. Good walking distance from everything downtown, overall felt like a safe area too. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"When we arrived, only three people at reception at 5:00 so line moved slowly. When we entered our room, I noticed the bathroom had a wet floor in front of the toilet, so I thought that was weird, and placed a hand towel on the floor to avoid slipping. Upon returning to bring our luggage, we both then noticed water was streaming from the ceiling light onto the floor which was unacceptable. We had to return to front desk for another room and repack some clothes to move. At that time, we would have thought an upgrade or a free night's parking, since we paid $200 total for 4 days parking would have been better for our major inconvenience. We were moved from floor 7 to floor 10, BUT also onto the end of the building nearest where a VERY loud rock concert was scheduled for Saturday and Sunday nights until 11:00 and 10:00 p.m. We had to keep the TV on until the "music" ended since we couldn't sleep. Two drawers in the TV stand would not stay closed, which was a hazard to avoid in the dark when my husband walked by it to the bathroom, so I called for a maintenance man to repair it, which he nicely did. The bonus coffee from downstairs was not available from 10-10:30 a.m. because turns out the lady took her lunch break then so we only had it twice during our stay. Since the operator, housekeeping, and maintenance numbers were not available on our hotel phones, we had to call any number to hope for service, or go downstairs to ask for the repairs in person.!! Nice location."

"Very nice and accessible hotel to downtown and the bayfront. Has all the amenities you would need to have a comfortable stay. Only gripe is the room wasn’t very. I will spare you the details. We had to call the engineer because there was only hot water in the shower, no cold. It was fixed right away though. We did hear that it was fully booked and they were a little understaffed for 4th of July weekend. We would book again."

"We booked a staycation here for my husband's birthday and had a wonderful overall experience. The property is beautiful, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, our room was spotless, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The only disappointment was the room category. We paid extra for a Marina View Junior Suite, but our first-floor room (172) overlooked the gate to the adults-only pool, a reserved cabana, and a chain with a reservation sign. The marina was technically there but only barely visible beyond all of those obstructions. We joked that we had more of a "pool gate view" than a marina view. If you're booking for the view, I'd strongly recommend requesting a second floor or higher. The first-floor rooms in Building 7 may technically face the marina, but the actual view is largely blocked and looks nothing like the photos used to advertise the room category. I would have gladly paid more for an upper-floor room had I known. That said, we truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. Next time, we'll just be sure to request a higher floor so we can enjoy the marina view we were hoping for."
