It was perfect. Right next to the beach. Amazing restaurants and shops nearby. Staff was amazing. The room was so perfect for what we needed. The balconies overlooking the beach were the cherry on top. We will be coming back!

I stayed in a room with two double beds for one night. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was a little dated, especially the bathroom, but it was clean and comfortable. It was a bit noisy at night because of its location right near the beach, but the location was perfect for exploring the area on foot.

Lovely (rare) beachside hotel experience. Nice staff, incredible access to the beach and restaurants. Stairs could use some love (to make it feel more worth the price) but rooms were nice and that's the most important thing.

The workers at this hotel were very nice and took good care of the property. There was no elevator and we were on the third floor and my 83 year old husband had a lot of difficulty carrying up our luggage, but we did enjoy being right on the beach.

It isn’t a fancy resort type place, but seemed literally minutes from everything we wanted to do. Rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet. You’re on the main drag of Ocean Beach and literally feet away from the Pacific and a great beach. Would stay again if we get back out there

Came here with my honey for 3 days over 4th of July weekend and it was such a perfect location for literally everything. Beach restaurants, bars , not to crazy packed . Loved it will definitely stay again

There were several balconies for ocean views. Plus only a small crosswalk separated the hotel from the beach Our room was clean and maid service was good. Only drawback was a train whistle sounding noise went off every time the toilet was flushed!!!

Room was small but clean. Staff were friendly and location is great. There are many homeless people nearby and sleeping on the beach which is a bit of an eye sore, also is kinda dirty. Not on the hotel premises but in plain sight when looking out the windows or off the balcony.

The hotel is an old one, but great location right across from the beach. I would recommend the king suite because you’ll have a beautiful ocean view. But remember it is an active beach so it can get loud at times but it’s manageable. Wednesday they have a farmers market and it was wonderful the community was very helpful and welcoming.
