Well laid out with access to what the South Coast has to offer. Had a small issue with adjoining property but was dealt with efficiently by property manager. Could have 2 families comfortably.
The horrible weather didn't dampen our enjoyment staying at this house. The views are just lovely, the beach on our doorstep. The house is very nice and very comfortable. Could do with a breadboard or 2 though. Would definitely recommend.
It was such an amazing weekend away, location was perfect. House was clean, would recommend only 6 adults (maybe 2 children) bedding wasn't comfortable for 8 adults but everything else was absolutely amazing 😊 Vanessa was amazing to deal with and check in and check out was so easy, loved there was onsite car parking as well. Highly recommend to stay here
We chose Warilla by default as we were confined to the greater Sydney travel restrictions but what a great find! Perfect location right on the beachfront with amazing views and bike path/footpath on the doorstep. We had a great time exploring the waterways and watching whales from the balcony. Double garage easily fits car, bikes surfboard etc. Victoria was very accommodating to any requests. Only feedback would be the kitchen crockery and kitchenware is very basic. Like others have said a good fry pan and some platters/bowls would be a very easy and cheap upgrade to what I would expect of a property like this. BBQ is also basic. A great property overall that I would recommend!
Feng is a beautiful top floor unit out looking Warilla Beach. The view is breathtaking and the sound of the crashing waves is soothing. The walking/bike path along the beach is fantastic.
The unit itself is spacious and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with lots of cutlery and crockery, but could do with a good nonstick fry pan (my only critical comment).
We will definately be booking a longer stay next time....
We had a great time staying in Warilla at this property. The neighbourhood was nice and is very close to the beach and pubs. The only downfall was after the storm which took out our hot water supply on the 2nd day. The owner did its best to fix it at the time however we did not receive any communication after check out from them on reimbursements despite multiple messages.
This place was in such a lovely location with stunning views of the beach. Such convenient access to the beach which is less than a minutes walk away. Would definitely come back and stay again!
Leading up to my stay, I was regularly checking in with the property manager who I though was the correct person as listed online. Everything seemed to be going smoothly. The day before I was suppose to recieve the check in details. I was not notified until the day of, and I personally had to contact the property manager regarding this!
We had arrived at the property, to find out that the original place we booked had already been occupied!
I contacted the property manager, who had changed over the week, and raised this issue. I was furious, because I had specifically booked that place. Luckily, they had another place available and we didn't have to travel far. The property manager was apologetic, but this was unacceptable. The place we had to stay at, the fire alarm continuously beeped throughout the night/day which we had to keep switching on/off. I messaged the property manager regarding this issue as it needed to be addressed, and all they had to reply was 'Sorry'
We all wanted to enjoy our stay, so we let it go. But the check in process was terrible.
An amazing location and the property was immaculate. We did have trouble with the hot water system on our last night but the owner organised for us to go next door into the other apartment to shower so that was great. everything you need to have an amazing, relaxing and enjoyable break.

Lovely fully renovated apartment with great views that housed 6 of us comfortably. We didn't have great weather for our stay but looking out at the beautiful view made up for it enormously.
Would be perfect if the BBQ was upgraded, and some more kitchen supplies eg. only one cutting/cheese board, very few containers etc.
But otherwise great and very happy to recommend!
