"Great stay at Lakeshore Lodge, Isabelle Lake. Amazing location right by the lake, very peaceful and beautiful views. The rooms are large, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"I had a lovely stay here with my dog for a work retreat. After working, I went for a bike ride or hike every afternoon; there are so many great trails within a 5-10 minutes drive! The fenced-in yard was great for my dog, and we both loved sitting on the deck in the sun. Bernie was super responsive and provided great information. The house was so cozy, and was even decorated for the holidays."

"We needed a break from traffic and people. The cabin was amazing. We could see the stars, no light pollution, no noise pollution, just us and the outdoors. Every day we saw deer come up to the cabin and graze. We sat on the balcony and watched all ten of them graze right in front of us. The host was quick and responsive. The cabin is 15-20 minutes from kernville and 20-25 from lake Isabella township. It’s a great place and secluded while being close enough to venture into town on a whim. "

"We came in Fall for a quick getaway to explore the area. The Great Outpost was indeed, great!Our host were welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed and more, including the hot tub. Really cool place to stay. Close to Kernville, where they were having a community fall festival. So much fun! I would love to come back to ski. Thank you Fyza!!!! "

"We had an absolutely wonderful time! We loved the space, especially the big deck for stargazing and the creek for splashing around. There was AC throughout the house which made the hot days easy. This place is a total gem and only 12 minutes from town and the river! The only thing we would change for our next visit is that we would bring an extra air mattress as some of the fold out couches weren’t super comfortable. We are so glad we were able to stay here and we cannot wait until our next visit! "
