"Great property in a great location! We had a group of 6 and it worked really well. 1 of the bedrooms is a bunk room that would accomodate a larger group/family well. Three Rivers was an awesome place to visit with great food - all guided by our tremendous host. From the moment we committed to the trip, our host was communicating at a super high level to ensure the stay was all we imagined - and more. Coffee on the deck by the river was fantastic!"

I loved that the cottage was pet friendly and our dog had the time of her life seeing the amazing horses at the ranch. The community is amazing for hiking and outdoor adventures. We enjoyed hiking at a nearby trail. The location is perfect for a restorative getaway. "

"It might not actually be a cottage, but it feels like it when you walk inside. Roomy, clean, well appointed and decorated. We were on a business trip in Tulare as exhibitors at the AG show so we were exhausted at the end of the day and the jacuzzi was good (it would have been great if it hadn’t been so cold outside…oh well, it is Feb after all!)
