"Great location for Sequoia National Forests!"

"Staff was nice, but…….most towels had stains. Only one wash cloth that had dark stains. Duck tape on the AC/heating unit. Stains on the bedspread. Fridge wasn’t plugged in and there was water in it that had to be cleaned. "

"As we checked in, we were told that they charge a security deposit because they often have bed bugs from campers that stay there. That was a turn off. The room was very small and outdated. We stayed for 30 minutes while booking a room at a different hotel. "

"You could really tell that the staff here genuinely cared about your experience. From friendly late night reception at the front desk to the cleanliness of the rooms. They nailed it. Perfect quick stay on a budget."

"No remote in room, asked for one, one was brought up, but still the direct tv was not connected to satellite so no tv. Old gallon of V8 juice in fridge. Barely like warm water for the shower. Lots of plaster marks on the walls and around the bathroom vent. 60 minutes of free WiFi then you have to disconnect and reconnect."

"Our room and bathroom had been cleaned very well, but the room was outdated. The desk chair was a piece of junk and the easy chair and foot stool were quite stained and very dirty. Lighting was poor which is common in most hotels/motels. Staff were great. Buffet breakfast was very typical and nothing in particular stood out. We found the mattress comfortable enough and supportive."
