"Great stay just outside the heart of Bergen's Bryggen area, right next to the fortress. We had no view out the window, but the business category room was a good size and bathroom very large for Europe. We also appreciated having laundry available (washer and dryer) on site, for a fee, for hotel guests. The building has no air conditioning, which was an issue when we stayed due to the July heatwave, but the front desk let us borrow a small fan which at least provided a tiny bit of moving air in the room."
"No staff at property communication via email was available. There was a key code for the main door to the building but it was never locked which felt a bit unsafe. You have to carry luggage up 2 -3 flughts of stairs "
