The hotel is in a great location, couldnt be more central, not sure if any rooms have a harbour view though. Good breakfast and friendly helpful staff. My room was on the small side but was clean, cosy and comfortable and very quiet in the evenings and I spent very little time in it. An enjoyable place to stay in the heart of Bergen.

The hotel has a nice breakfast each morning and is conveniently located to the fish market, Bryggen wharf area, bus stops, many restaurants and the funicular. The staff were fantastic and so helpful; they went the extra mile to help make our stay very enjoyable.

Location was excellent, walking distance to everything! Staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived to find no towels in my room, and the front desk staff immediately found me some. The room was small but comfortable. Shower was small and not completely enclosed so water got everywhere and bathmat was completely soaked

The hotel staff were very attentive and made us feel warmly welcomed. They also arranged an early morning taxi for us reliably, which was a great help. When we visit Bergen again, we would definitely like to stay at this hotel.

The staff were professional and helpful. I became ill at the end of our stay & they called me a cab and ensured I was taken to the emergency doctors, I really appreciated the care and compassion. The room was clean and quiet, ensuring a good nights sleep. Breakfast was good. The hotel location was central and proved excellent for our needs.

Chose the hotel based on the reviews and location: 100% right! Perfect location for exploring the heart of Bergen, beautiful area. The hotel does it all right: room was spacious, good beds & bedding and and excellent breakfast in a pleasant area looking to the cobbled street. Best of all, the staff was welcoming & informative - really helped in a number of ways. Especially want to thank Siran, for her hospitality!

Hotel was located in a great location. Hotel breakfast was okay. The room had an electric elevator bed which we didn’t realize upon booking. Only complaint was that we had an early flight in and hotel staff was initially not accommodating with holding our bags. Instead suggested we wait at the restaurant for 5 hours until check in. After initially dismissing us, staff returned and were able to take our bags in the end.
