Perfectly situated lodging right near the heart of town. Room was small, but comfortable. Views outstanding. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen in my travels. Highly recommend. Only criticism is their pillows could use improvement!

I only stayed one night, I left the next morning on a ferry boat through the fjords, and trains to Oslo. The hotel was very close to the ferry boat, and everything else that you would want to see in Bergen. The staff was very helpful in planning my short stay, and my room was small but comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location, just a few steps from the fish market and the downtown area. There’s a very nice small patio on the Bay side of the hotel with a great view. The breakfast was very good and the dining menu although limited was good as well. The head bartender was a very welcoming host who seemed to do a bit of everything. The rooms were fine. Good place to stay.

The hotel was stylish and comfortable. Check-in was fast. It was a busy property but there weren’t any issues. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The only issue was the design of the bathroom, even though I was careful spray would go all over the place so you had to put a towel on the floor.

Location of hotel was great and the breakfast was excellent. Rooms in the middle of the hotel are too dark. You need the lights on even on a bright sunny day. These rooms spoil what could be a great hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located. The breakfast is excellent. The bed had only a heavy duvet for a blanket. A lighter blanket choice kept in the closet would have been nice as the duvet was too heavy.

If you get a waterfront room with a balcony (we were in 430) it's got to be one of the best positions in Bergen! Could have spent all day with doors open just absorbing that perfect view. It's a great location for exploring the city. Plenty of breakfast options, large enough restaurant for the obviously busy hotel and the staff and lovely. Importantly - the bed was super comfortable. The interior is a little tired and we had some cracked tiles etc but it is excellent value for money and we would 100% stay there again.
