"What a great location for a stay in Bar Harbor. Imo, the rate for a room for 3 nights was reasonable. The room itself was spacious, clean, and updated. The bathroom was a good size too. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made needs were met. My only complaint (and they did their absolute best to help), was the bed was far too firm for us. Random note though, pillows were amazing and difficult to leave. Lol overall, we will definitely stay there again. "

"Note: We stayed in early May, before peak season. We loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. The hotel itself, the staff, the breakfast. I have absolutely nothing bad to say. We asked for late checkout on our last day because we wanted to go for one last hike and then come back and shower, and it was not a problem at all. I imagine that would be different had it been peak season, so I'm glad we booked in the off season. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Bar Harbor. "

"Hot water was a bit slow to get. It’d take about 5 minutes for the hot water to even start when using the shower. Other than that, this property was very nice. Cute little cottages with everything you’d need for a hiking vacation. The owner was very responsive and nice. Great amenities on the property too which you don’t see in many other places. Will certainly book here again in the future if we return to Acadia. "
