this was without a doubt the worst home stay i have experienced in about 10 yrs of vacation rentals. It was filthy, smelled bad and on the 3rd floor of an old house (not advertised as such). Everything was disgustingly dirty. Plus there was no external fire escape. The Vrbo reps were very good in their response, refunding my fee within days.
