Very nice room clean and comfortable. However there was a steady banging noise that occurred all night and kept us awake. Sounded like air ducts expanding and contracting. A constant metallic bang. Otherwise was a nice property.

The hotel was under a pretty significant renovation so there was certainly dust and dirt in many areas. There were also some hotel amenities that weren't available like the pool bathrooms. Those sorts of inconveniences aren't unexpected in a large renovation but charging a premium (full) rate on rooms when your hotel is not fully functional seems excessive. Beyond that the rooms are quite nice, very modern and clean. Staff is very friendly. The pool area is not very clean though and probably needs more attention. All in all pretty disappointed in the stay.

I really like the location of the hotel. One thing I dislike is the slider door in the washrooms. They do not lock and it did not work properly. It would slide too far. Checkout is very nice and easy. Check in at this location always seems to be an issue. They seem to complicate things more than most hotels.
