"New neighborhood and building. Close to restaurants and stores (within walking distance). Short drive to university of Manitoba. However, there is a lot of construction going on as the neighborhood is expanding but we didn't notice any noise just some closed sidewalks. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds are comfortable but firm. Curtains are blackout which is great if you need it dark to sleep. Quiet building. Could use more blankets for colder nights or to be more cozy when watching tv....
