Personally I don’t recommend. Turned on the water for the shower and the water came out yellow… the carpets were dirty and on one side of the bed the floor was sticky. As I was going to sleep and fairly large bug was crawling in the night table top. First and last time I’m booking there.

Staff were all excellent and flexible- located close to the Canada life centre. Definitely sketchy at night - lots of homeless around during day and more dangerous at night. There is a Starbucks on main floor and a decent restaurant on level 12- 'rest o' and a MEC across the road. Uber is relatively cheap compared to other big cities also.

The room was fantastic overlooking the city. The restaurant was closed when we got there and even if they were open they don’t deliver to rooms.. I didn’t know that. The staff were absolutely fantastic!

Can’t go outside without being bothered for smokes or change. The place really went down hill. Front desk convinced us to do the park and eat, but the food is gross in the restaurant. Cartoned eggs, reheated waffles, and the coffee was gross. We were supposed to get a newly renovated room but we got a partied out room that smelled. I don’t drink alcohol, just wanted a decent stay. Definitely not going back again.
