"Very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Front desk employees were welcoming and friendly. Our room had nice beds and pillows, however the floor and bath tub were filthy. We could tell the past guests had long black hair that was caught up in the shower curtain and there were pizza toppings left all over the floor in the room. Wish it was cleaner."

"Overall our stay was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, check in and out was easy and the hotel itself is nice. Only complaints were that the shower would fluctuate between hot and cold even when set at the hottest setting and the parkade could use some serious work. It was super close to the attractions we went to like Thermea and the theatre which was nice."

"The front desk staff were lovely. That was very nice… The hotel itself was under construction, which we were not informed of. We were woken up at 8 every morning by people working in the hallway and outside the door. Drilling and hammering were not the best wake-up call. We didn’t have anyone come into the room to clean or replace towels at all until the last day, after we complained, and even then they left dirty dishes and we had to ask for towels at the front seat. The breakfast was somewhat comical the first couple of days. It did get better on the 3rd day with the addition of more selections and hot food. No complaints about what was offered… but every plate still had their sale stickers on them. It’s obvious this is a hotel in transition, but it should not have been open the way it was. It was not ready for guests, and because of this I will most likely never stay in a Clarion again. Seemed like a money grab being open "

"You can’t beat the location, lots of space. A few elements need to be looked at including a noise water heating system and a broken bed. The host was amazing, responsive and even with the issues flagged we would still recommend this rental, it was great. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, and very comfortable. The amenities were nice and the space worked well for our needs. My only complaint was the kitchen supplies. One example is When we checked in, there was only a small amount of paper towel left. We ran out the first night and there were no extra rolls provided. I ended up having to use napkins from my vehicle as paper towels, which wasn’t ideal. Overall, it was a great stay and some small additions in the kitchen would make it even better for future guests."

"The place was rented as a 3-bdrm, 2 bath "home". Never was it disclosed that it was only the 2nd floor of a house. The owner says he "is not required to disclose". Nevertheless, I parked in the driveway and blocked-out a resident who I was unaware of. He was ringing my doorbell waking me at 11:15 PM and I eventually found him in the basement.......called police and 4 police arrived and isolated the "intruder". I left as soon as I could and founbd a hotrel at 12;30 AM."
