"Property design and build is an issue. Understanding why certain materials were chosen for ease of cleaning and longer service life. However these significantly increased to transfer of sound between rooms and especially between floors. Every movement is heard. The shower only bathroom design isn’t user friendly with the large bathroom door opening inward just clearing the toilet and the person entering the bathroom. The shower stall design and shower head functions are too high and hidden. Plus user must get into the shower stall to reach the water temperature control therefore no way to avoid getting a cold water shower to start. Never mind the no door short wall shower stall design. We had a good stay, however not without challenges and noise, "

"Room was excellent, nice large bathroom, main room, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the tarmac at the airport. Everything about the room felt “Grand”. Will definitely be staying again and highly recommend."

"The location is excellent. I had a really good peaceful sleep. Although my room was near the elevators I never heard any noise. The walls are very well insulated. The pillows are plush and very comfortable. I liked the sleek design of the room. Also the nespresso pods and machine were great! The bathroom has a very nice design and really good water pressure. The front desk (Hardeep) was super friendly and excellent. He did a superior first class job when I checked in. I really liked the hotel. "
