"$5k/week for what is essentially a thin walled two bedroom apartment in a very high density complex. Resort amenities were available - in the main building. No room service breakfast. They offer golf cart rides down the cliffside path to the beach, but they repeatedly forgot or ignored my daughter's and my request for said ride. We were chased from the pool area by a group of about 10 local non-guest high school kids who jumped the fence and made themselves at home. This seems like a popular place for South Bay families with kids. I doubt we will return."

"The room was not pleasant. One of the drawers kept opening up for no reason. The shower seemed old and dirty. The carpet seemed like they were never washed. Simply, it was not worth the money and the number of stars. "

"You get what you pay for is what my husband said to me. I had to laugh because he was right. The staff was friendly though and tentative. So that was a plus. We checked in to our room and realized that the door doesn’t have the chain lock. So we felt weird and put a chair to block the door knob. Then I went to shower and the shower head wasn’t working. But we checked in late so, we were too tired to call them about it. We figured we’re just sleeping there for 1 night. As I pulled the covers to our bed. I looked at our bed sheets and the comforter, there blood all over. The sheets were dirty too. Now that made us feel so grossed out. I called them and realized our landline didn’t have any connection to the front desk. So I had to go on the site and find their office number. Called them and told them what we found. They moved us to another room. Surprised that the new room was 10 times better than the original room. I wonder is it because we paid $77 for old room that they decided to give us a crappy room. The new room seems more pricey. Oh and the phone has numbers to the front desk and house keeping. I thought that was funny because the old room, the phone wasn’t working. Anyways we will never book there again!! I would not recommend it to anyone. Unless you want dirty sheets and comforters. I took photos as proof. "

"We had a very lovely time. The property is so beautiful, you can tell that Judy put many, many years of love in the landscaping of the property."

"This property was lovely, clean, and was stocked with everything we needed (plus more). The host responded promptly and it was easy to communicate. We also loved the many sky-lights, providing nice lighting. We traveled with kids and they enjoyed the many toys and games available, as well as the bunkbeds. We cooked and found all essentials readily available. Most of all, the home was perfectly located near many things to do- including the redwoods at Nisene Marks State Park (10 min drive). We would stay here again. "

"This Vbro rental was perfect. It was very clean on the inside and felt like a stay at a wonderful home. The hosts were incredibly nice, they baked lavender chocolate scones and helped us find the location in the dark. I definitely plan on staying at the rental again. "
