Check in staff was very friendly. After hours staff, not so much. Zero parking at this property. Directly accross the street from a sports complex so they take all the parking. Got back to our room at 1:00 am with no parking. And no parking on the street. After hours staff was no help. We had to park illegally and walk to Hotel and hope we didn’t get towed. Room smelled very strong like bleach, but not a “clean” smell.

Wouldnt go back sorry.

It was ok. Front desk staff was friendly. The room was nice but there were blood looking stains in the bathtub. I didnt go in the pool but i did go into the hot tub and there was a lot of dirt floating around. I didnt enjoy the breakfast it just didnt have much taste(waffles, eggs, sausage). The coffee was not good at all which was really disappointing because I am a big coffee drinker.

The property was not clean at all, walls had cracks windows had the most disgusting borders, sheets looked worn and old. The couches in the rooms were torn up in areas and stained. Completely ignored the carpet and hotel. Being clean is the BARE Minimum in a hotel and this one was just disgusting. I left for a quick emergency and requested a refund through Expedia who contacted the hotel for reimbursement when then the hotel OWNER called me on a private number aggressively asking me why I wanted to leave. This was horrible I have never experienced “customer service” this unprofessionally . What kind of hotel owner does that by calling with an unknown number. Very harassing.
